We understand, a delayed product can cause a major inconvenience for you. Firstly, track your parcel using our courier’s website. If, for some reason, you have no tracking information, then contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0161 302 6434 and we will endeavour to get this resolved for you asap.
At MACS we totally understand some of our customers want to speak to us personally about their order. Whether it's for technical assistance, advice, product issues, account queries, or anything else. Please call us on 0161 302 6434 to chat to one of our team in person.
There could be several reasons for this. One or more of your products might be on back order. If you haven't already, check your e-mail, or call one of our customer services team we will let you know if there is a slight delay with any items on your order 0161 302 6434. We will also update you on how long it will be until you get it, should this be the case. Of course, there could have been an issue in the warehouse in the preparation of your order, in which case we will apologise and there will be a gesture of good will from all of us at MACS.

We endeavour to eventually offer delivery worldwide, but we need to make sure it's at a fair price to you. In the meantime, contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0161 302 6434 and we can arrange a quote for you. Just make sure to include the products you wish to order and the quantities so we can get that quote as accurate as possible.
We do have an in-store loyalty scheme - just ask next time you visit. Every purchase you make, you will receive a stamp, in-store for further discounts on our fabulous range of products. Once you get a full card stamped up, you will then be liable for further discounts in store and online on all our great products.
At present we offer online loyalty reward coupons varying in discounts for customers who have signed up using a valid email address.
