Your booking includes:
- Exclusive use of our detailing bay for the entire day
- Access to our wash buckets, wash mitts, drying machine, drying towels, and water supply
- A clean, spacious, and safe environment to carry out your detailing work
Additional detailing products such as shampoos, waxes, chemicals, and microfibre cloths are available to purchase separately. You are also welcome to bring your own approved products, provided they meet all safety and environmental standards.

Macs Auto Detailing – Detailing Bay Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the detailing bay (“Bay”) at Macs Auto Detailing (“Company”). By booking or using the Bay, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. Use of Facilities
1.1. The Bay is available strictly for use during Macs Auto Detailing’s posted store hours.
1.2. Overnight use is not permitted. All vehicles and personal items must be removed from the Bay at the close of business each day.
1.3. The Bay must only be used for automotive detailing and cleaning purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent from Macs Auto Detailing.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
2.1. The quoted price for Bay hire includes access to the designated space and use of in-house detailing equipment and machines.
2.2. Products (e.g., shampoos, waxes, chemicals, microfibre cloths, etc.) are not included in the Bay hire fee. Customers may purchase approved products from Macs Auto Detailing separately.
2.3. Customers may bring their own products, provided they comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. Customers must use all equipment and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.
3.2. Customers are responsible for cleaning the Bay after use, including removal of rubbish and personal items.
3.3. Customers will be held liable for any damage caused to the Bay, machines, or other property through misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
3.4. Hazardous, flammable, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
4. Liability
4.1. Macs Auto Detailing is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles whilst using the Bay.
4.2. Customers use the Bay at their own risk. Macs Auto Detailing is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of the Bay or equipment.
4.3. Customers must carry their own insurance cover for vehicles and personal liability.
5. Termination of Use
5.1. Macs Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or terminate Bay use at any time if a customer fails to comply with these Terms.
5.2. No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to customer misconduct or violation of these Terms.
6. Agreement
By booking or using the Bay, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
